Have an issue with your Amazon order?

For Amazon Purchases:

Order Issues:

  1. Go to the "Your Orders" page on the Amazon site or app.

  2. Find and click on your Skipper order.

  3. Click on the "Track package" button, which is found underneath the delivery status.

  4. From this page, you can update your delivery instructions or receive help with your package.

Refund/Replacement:

  1. Go to the "Your Orders" page on the Amazon site or app.

  2. Find and click on your Skipper order.

  3. Scroll down to the "Need help with your item?" section and click on "Return or replace items."

  4. Answer the prompts that Amazon provides.
