Have an issue with your TikTok order?

 For TikTok Purchases:

Order Issues:

  1. Open the app, and then go to the "Shop" tab from the top menu.

  2. On this page, right underneath the search bar, select "Orders."

  3. Find and click on your Skipper order.

  4. Click on the Headset image on the top right corner of the page.

  5. From here you can select from a list of predetermined FAQs, or go to the bottom of the page and select "Contact TikTok Shop."

Refund/Replacement: 

  1. Open the app, and then go to the "Shop" tab from the top menu.

  2. On this page, right underneath the search bar, select "Orders."

  3. Find and click on your Skipper order.

  4. Click on the "Request Return or Refund" button

  5. Answer the prompts that TikTok provides.
