Skipper is a 2-way humdity control pack made with all-natural ingredients: purified water, salt, and xanthan gum (a food-safe thickening agent). These are combined into a saturated solution that's sealed into a leakproof water-vapor permeable “reverse osmosis” membrane.
Now for the technology—this special membrane lets purified water vapor flow in and out of Skipper to hydrate veggies in your crisper drawer. If the moisture level gets too high, Skipper can help absorb some of the excess, too.
