Why does produce go bad so fast in my fridge?

Lack of hydration.

Refrigerators keep food cold, but they don’t keep produce properly hydrated. Fresh vegetables have a high water content. They lose hydration quickly in cold, dry refrigerated air.

Fridge Hydration restores the moisture balance that produce needs to stay crisp and fresh longer. (Can’t you just hear your broccoli say ahhhhh…?)
